  As my friends brother was in there trying to get a loan as my friend, her baby and I admired the lobby and all the free things they had to offer. They have a change counting machine I thought was nice. They have free water, lollipops, pens, 🐖 piggy banks and even dog biscuits for your pet dog. This bank certainly knows how to cater !!

  I’ve been a member for a couple years now and haven’t had a problem. I went in on Sept. 2 and cannot wear a mask because I have breathing issues. I was told to pull it up. When I said I couldn’t, I was told to go through the drive through next time. There was nobody else in the lobby or else I would have wore it. These masks have to stop and I’m not wearing one at all. Not going into the lobby anymore

Here is our mask policy in branches: To ensure the health and safety of our members, associates and community, Members 1st has been and will continue to follow the face covering guidance of the Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control. Occasionally, people who visit our branches may have health conditions which prevent them from wearing masks. If this makes you uncomfortable, our drive-through, ATM, Customer Service, and online and mobile banking services are available to you as well. Thank you.

  We we're just there and the lady said my 16 years old account was all good to go no more late fees he paid them got home and they took 12 more dollars from him! !!Switching banks! !
