The absolute worst. Two people chatting in the back room, two people helping one customer at the corner counter, and not one person looks up or looks out of the room to see if customers are waiting on the floor.

Try today for 2 hours to reach customer service.All I am looking to do is find out why I have not received my recent Credit card like they said I would in the mail. I'd like to know if I need to report it lost or stolen.Definitely not happy with customer service at Members 1st today! ....
