      The lady that answers the phone Deb is the absolutely the rudest employee. She knows my number and refuses to answer my phone call. I then call from my work cell phone (different area code) and she picks right up. In the past she has lied and said I cussed at her after a disagreement, in which I did not. She is a poor reflection on the great people that bank and work there.
