  My parents have used MCCU for the last 25-odd years, and the only thing they've complained about is the lack of ATM locations since they moved to Richmond. I'm strongly considering going with them as my bank of choice now that I'm in the market for land/housing, even though I live in Pearland. - Though this is mainly off of my parents' recommendation. I did use them to get a checking account for three years when I was in high school. No notable events.

They can search for the closest one by address, city or zip code via this link https://mccu.locatorsearch.com/index.aspx which can be accessed via mccu.com or the mobile app. If they are using the ATM to deposit a check they can also do that via the mobile app. Thanks again for being a valued member.

  I have been a member for three years now. My husband just left this location, and was told he could deposit the check but they will not release the full amount until a week from now, because we had an overdraft recently. Looked at my account and we are not in the negative! So, then he asked if he could cash it, they said no. Then he said that makes no sense, because this amount is literally very close to the amount my regular paycheck that will be deposited in a few days. I have had enough with this credit union! Since they close an hour later than my bank, we thought we could deposit a check to pay a very important bill. Nope, leave it up to this credit union to not allow access to your account, even if you had an over draft a month ago, which was cleared the same day by transferring money! I will be switching credit unions, don’t bother with this company.

  I was trying to withdraw money from my account, I currently have a temporary driver license and they said no because I need the actual driver license not the temporary paper that the dps gives us. Is really upsetting that I can’t take money from my OWN account with a temporary id, but I can sign up with them with a TEMPORARY ID. I will be closing my account once i receive my ID. I had my debit card and temporary ID I don’t understand why they didn’t let me withdraw money, worst experience specially since I need the money urgently
