      I have had my MCU account for many years, I have had no problems with them, rather they have helped me when I needed it. Eva in Lincolnton gives very good care.

      Anytime I call and get a certain employee they always passes me off to a call center or just flat out say she can't help and both times she straight lied when she could have helped me. I had a loan payment to make she said she can't process a loan payment unless the card being used is from the bank that was a LIE. The other instance she said u had to contact the person who charged the card to get a refund... nope that was a lie there is a policy in place to get the funds back she just didn't want to help so the other branch I called helped me no problem and apologized. This isn't how you operate a business and to top it off she has a terrible attitude everytime I'm in there and I avoided her like the plague.

      Definitely do not bank here you will ask to not be able to over draft and they will ignore you and let it happen then not just once but multiple times I suggest a Walmart debit card over this bank
