      I wanted to refinance my car because my payments were very high. Due to loss of my husband's income, it was very difficult but I was making the payment but it was really hard. I talked with one employee and she told me to come in and talk with the loan officer. She helped me by telling me everything I would need to bring. I brought it in and was able to refinance my vehicle at a lower interest rate, which made my payments lower! The staff at the Lenoir, NC Member's Credit Union were great to work with! I appreciate their efforts on my behalf!
