If I could give it zero stars if I could women who was trying too help me was very disrespectful after putting me on hold multiple times when I was just trying too get information and then proceeded too hangup on me before the conversation was over.

Worst place ever to bank. Literally can take up to 2-4 days for transaction to process and go through so while you think you have more money in your account, you actually dont. Good luck calling after hours. Their 24/7 tel-com is only recorded options. Worst place to bank with!!!!!

Hi Aubrey please email us at [email protected] with more details about the type of transaction you are waiting up to 4 days to process. Every transaction processes differently. Out ATM, Teller, debit and online banking Transactions are processed in real-time. Visa Credit and ACH can take longer because we don't receive them in real time, but we process them the same day that we receive them. In the future you will be able to see pending transactions in your account via digital banking and we hope you will find this service useful when we roll it out. In the meantime please email us with what kind of transactions that are taking up to 4 days to process and please remember not to send any personal information via email because it is not secure.
