I've been a long term customer with members first on 9th Avenue for years. I had an issue today with my cardvalet app and called 3 different times. The first 2 people gave me a number and that was it. Which the first number I got was the wrong number. So I was getting upset so I called again and I got Bobby. Bobby not only called the people directly but alsocompletely cleared up my issue. This is not my first time getting Bobby either. Every time I've had Bobby on the phone, Bobby has gone way above and beyond to handle my issues! So today I felt compelled to express how professional and extremely competent at the job Bobby is. I definitely give Bobby 5 stars!!!
