Been a loyal member for 20+ years. I've never encountered any issues that wasn't resolved in a timely /professional manner. Across the board, there has been a shift in staff. However, this comes with the territory.

Seems as though this place is getting worse as each day goes by. Got a late fee notice in the mail on my mortgage payment that wasn't late! They are levying a late fee on my mortgage payment for January! Tried talking to the customer service department, and the guy I talked to should find himself another line of work. I tried explaining to him what was going on, and he kept telling me that they didn't receive my December payment until such and such date. WRONG ANSWER!!! This isn't the first time we've had issues with payments on our mortgage with this place, but it's going to stop. We didn't choose Members Heritage to begin with, it bought out the credit union we originated our loan with. I was told that "it would be looked into", but I highly doubt anything will be done. Their system is faulty, or the people working here are, because it sounds like one hand doesn't know what the other one is doing, and that one doesn't seem to care to begin with.
