  Difficult to find (inside main hospital) and the only ATM was out of order.

  Peter, Thank you for your review. I apologize for the difficulty you had in locating our credit union branch. The founding members of MembersFirst Credit Union were the employees of the hospitals and school systems we serve so we place some of our branches inside the hospitals to accommodate this large group of members. over the years we have expanded to offer the benefit of credit union membership to some of the wider communities we serve surrounding these hospitals and schools. We have several locations, surcharge free ATMs and shared branching locations that are not inside a hospital.
