  I like this credit union, but one time the ladies at the drive through laughed at me because I'm short and I couldn't reach the sender. I'm not letting them live this down. I demand an apology from the branch.

  If you have a joint account here and one person dies apparently they just freeze the assets. Absolutely sinful that they would make families go through this. A call would have been great.
