      SCAM alert! These people are thieves. I signed up 4 years ago, never used the service because it was incompatible with the website that hosts my store, Volusion. NEVER processed a single transaction through them. So I had to pay $95.95 every month for 36 months, because I signed the agreement. Count it as a loss but they were unconcerned with my loss as long as they were making money. I called them many times telling them I wish to cancel my account. At the end of that period, they automatically renewed my contract without asking me if I wanted that. So here again, I am paying $95.95 per month for nothing. Not one payment ever processed through them. The tell me they need another $900 to cancel the account- but what service did they ever do for me? Nothing.This is a travesty because I am a small business and don't have the funds of a larger business. I guess I will be paying for this forever and receiving nothing in return?

      Hi Todd, you absolutely have the wrong company. One we don't do contracts, second I never even heard of your company Volusion or you! Also our monthly fee isn't that high not even close.
