  As a new small business owner I had no idea what I was getting into, where to begin. Austin made the POS part of my business so easy. With plenty of information and knowledge about all the different types of systems offered. If he didn’t have an answer for one of my questions he would find out and let me know right away. He was very responsive to all of my business needs and great with follow up.

  there are so many hidden fees. my terminal stopped working. I called to trouble shoot and it was unsuccessful. someone was supposed to get back to me. I called 2 more times and they said someone from another department will contact me, 4 weeks later, no one called. looked at my statement and over $500 in fees were withdrawn from my account even though I did not use the terminal for an entire month. Some of those fees were from the month before charges but this is an insane amount of fees for a very very small business. switched companies and now Merchant Solutions is charged an early termination fee. There were no apologies or solutions for the bad customer service, just more fees. I do not recommend this company

  Hello Cathy. Judging by your email, it appears you have us confused with another company, as there are hundreds of processors with "Merchant" and "Solutions" somewhere in their name. First, I dont have your name anywhere in our systems. As well, if you called in we couldnt have sent you to another department, as there are only two of us here. If you called you would have gotten me (Andrew) or my co-worker Mike. We also dont have an early termination fee. And as you can see, your experience is completely different than any of our clients below. You are actually our only non-5 star review. If you want to give us a call, I can probably help you find your actual processor, and you can direct this feedback to them. We're here to be the opposite of the experience you described...with competitors like that, its easy to shine. My number is 866.326.3480 x 9226 if any questions or concerns.

  Andrew at Merchant Solutions came highly recommended to me by a friend when I was starting a business. Andrew has been very helpful, professional, and meet with me multiple times to set up and walk me through everything. Thank you!
