      I called to get a balance check, I know I’m going to butcher his name but I’m pretty sure he said vel (sorry) answered was nothing short of amazing! He answered all my questions with kindness and grace. I read so many negative reviews I was incredibly nervous to call, but now I’m glad I did so I could give them a review they deserve.       I do not have an account with them or have anything I need to pay off. I keep getting calls and, when I asked to take me off their call list they said, that I should know that I am not on their call list but, get a call from them every other day or every month .
