  I am actually just doing a review because I am completely satisfied with my service here. I have heard several bad stories about banks involving taxes, overdrafts, identity theft etc. However, I have never had a bad experience. They call me for suspicious purchases, I have overdraft protection, I use paperless billing that saves me 4.00 a month, and I love their mobile app. I also have had an issue with the app password and I was able to get it resolved rather quickly by Ashley from the Tuckerman Branch. My one complaint is that one of my bills requires a money order and I went to the bank for one and they charged me--even with an account there-- 3.00 for a money order. I have to get one every month, so I will have to change venues for those. However, the service over the years wins and I look forward to many more years of drama free banking with M&P.
