      Btw, my name is not Dawn!? Really, come on. I loved banking here until yesterday. I went to deposit a check and get money back. Today, 12-31-2020, after debit card transactions being declined I am told that they don't know where my money is. Lori has so far given me attitude and acting defensively, when I have been acting calmly whilst being twenty questioned; even though my answers seem to only provide more irritation to Lori. The condescension in her voice was literally audible through a free WiFi calling app and is demeaning in its own right. Like I said, I like banking here, but Lori gotta quidditch.
