      I have used Merchants for years, and I just love them. Their Fairview branch is who I have worked more closely with since it is right near my home, but all of the branches that are in Cullman are just wonderful. You get that home town feel when you walk in, but in a very professional setting.

      One of the loan officers was very rude and they treated you like you have committed a crime.

      Nice people. However, I should be able to make large purchases or transfer my money without having to call and, basically, ask permission to do so because there's a limit. It it's after hours, you're out of luck. I get safety and all, but that's ridiculous.
