  The bank is an ok bank however, there is no convince... They have horrible hours, their after hour number is a joke. I've been calling for 30 mins keep getting a busy signal. It's hard for for working people with the hours. They are closed on Sat so your stuck. My online is lock for whatever reason and I cannot get any help. They really need to think about the needs of their customer and not the convince for working hours. Most other bank has the option to deposit from the atm... It's not happening here🤷🏾‍♀️

  Most employees were nice. The lady that opened our account seemed like we were bothering her. Once account was open. And received my debit card, it was a chore connection account to the website. No number on card to call about account balance. It was not my type of service so cancelled account and went to GCCCU.

  Ridiculous hours. If I want snootiness at a bank I'll go somewhere that matters like New York. You're in Mississippi!!! Get over yourselves and turn down the suck.
