  Sandy is a ROCK STAR! SANDY is a Rock star! When it comes to customer relation, Sandy is the epitome of providing excellent customer service. She is very professional yet friendly, very knowledgeable to say the least. She can fix whatever issues you may have with your account and recommend ways to enhance your banking experience. We have been a member with Merck Federal Credit Union for over 18 years (maybe more) and when you have someone like Sandy to look-out for your daily banking transactions, rest assure that she will have your back. In this modern time, it is so rare to get a decent customer assistance like Sandy. I hope she gets compensated for her diligent hard work and dedication with Merck FCU, We are a customer for life because of her. Thank you Sandy for all your help, I'm sorry I never asked for your last name but remind me on our next phone call so I can edit this review. You are a rock star!   We are sorry that you feel this way Mr. Hernandez. We currently pay dividends on deposit accounts higher than most financial institutions in the country.   We have been a member for over 17 yrs. Merck Fed Credit Union in general have been there for us along the way. I hardly ever go into the branch, most of my transactions are over the phone or online and the staffs and customer service are first class. They are kind, helpful and compassionate when we have unavoidable situations ( I am fortunate to have worked mostly with Donna not with Miriam and if I come across her I sure hope that I will not have the same experience I have read below about her. There really isn't a place for rudeness, everyone is replaceable). Unlike the big banks, MFCU fees are realistic and they don’t rip you off on unnecessary bank fees. We are a customer for life. Thank you Merck FCU keep up the job.
