      First of all I think Jeannette and Kathleen deserves a big raise because they work hard and they are go above and beyond to help a member like myself! We have been a customer for over 17 yrs. Merck Fed Credit Union in general have been there for us along the way. I hardly ever go in the branch, most of my transactions are over the phone or online and the staffs and customer service are first class. They are kind, helpful and compassionate when we have unavoidable situations. Unlike the big banks, MFCU fees are realistic and they don’t rip you off on unnecessary bank fees. We are a customer for life. Thank you Merck FCU keep up the job.

      Once you get on their bad side it seems like they will hold grudges with you, when you apply for anything.... poor taste Not the same
