      They are better then the chain banks. I interact with them at least once a month and never had a problem and I live 3 hours away.

      Horribly rude service! Wish this was the same firm as the Merck employees federal credit union. They really know how to treat their clients!

      It would take me an hour to drive to a MSDFCU branch, but i still use them for my primary checking account. There are online only banks with higher savings rates and fancier web interfaces, but the friendliness and competence of the MSDFCU staff makes it the best choice for some of my needs.
