      This bank is infuriating!!! They closed down my debit card due to inactivity without warning me and told me I had to walk into a branch to get a replacement. How in the world does a bank think it's ok to just cut off my access to MY MONEY?!!!! I've used this bank for 9 years. I'm one bad fee away from leaving. They sent me a new chip card that got lost in the mail. When I told them I never received it, they tried to charge me for a replacement. The guy was very rude to me at the call center when I told him I never got it. The tellers are a little slow moving here bit otherwise are very nice. USAA has better customer service and they actually refund you the fee when you use an ATM that isn't there's.
