      I gave them 1 star because the people that work there are pleasant. I find it unpleasant that they delayed my mortgage though. I won't get into all the details, but I will say that they are uncommunicative to the title holder but will have conversations with the Realtor about the status of the transaction. When I asserted myself and asked them to communicate with me they finally did. When we arrived for closing we had to sign the same papers twice, we received an incomplete packet, the numbers weren't correct and when we received money back it was with no letter and no explanation. I have no respect for their services and they weren't professional to me in my situation. I can not recommend them based on their lack of communication and the flippant way they handled me during a really stressful time in my life. Find someone else.
