      Updated - August 2021 This is probably one of the best credit unions with which I have ever done business. We have been members since the late 90's and kept our accounts even when we moved overseas. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable about their work. The loan and credit card departments are thorough. Will continue to do business with MTFCU in the future. UPDATE - This is the only credit union that I will use as my main financial institution. The new branch location over by Lowes on the north side is easy to access and the staff have always been friendly. I am glad to see that they are growing in Cheyenne especially. Opening our account over 23 years ago was a great investment.

      last two phone calls were answered by call center - people had no idea what they were talking about and couldn't do simple transaction. This time I was told to go to bank. Phone calls now answered with the standard "calls higher than usual" line for longer wait. The personal service is gone.

      Charged us a $10 bad address fee for sending something to an address that we haven't even lived at in OVER 2 years! Bravo Meridian, you found a way to capitalize on your own inability to manage records, all the while stealing money away from a 3 year old's college savings account. This is in additional to the worst customer service I have ever experience when attempting to refinance a mortgage through Meridian Trust. Rude loan officer, months with no communication, even after escalating the situation, only to come back requesting a plethora of documentation for even the smallest financial details.
