      I visited here due to Meritrust Credit Union letting Acacia Lodge #91- PHA use their parking lot to sell slabs of ribs. The ribs were delicious too.

      Not only did they close the branch near me, now they charge $15 to make my loan payment over the phone and $4 to pay online and the online payment option is limited. Going to look elsewhere for banking in the future.

      The automated system that customers (or anyone with an inquiry) is incredibly inefficient. I don't have time to sit on hold for over 30 minutes. I also don't have time for it to take more than an hour to get a call back from your "helpful callback que". Hire enough staff to answer your phones.
