      Easy access. The bank is located on work premises. So I can walk over there on break and take care of what I need. Very convenient for those who work at Spirit Aerosystems and bank at meritrust

      They are refusing to cooperate with Army regulations, they have terrible customer service with rude employees, and they are money hungry. It’s bad enough they are breaking Army regulations and refusing to cooperate with customs, now they are making us chase them and play phone tag. I wish we never banked with them for our auto loan. If you’re considering this bank, best advice is to just go to USAA, they are at least honest and not total snakes.

      If you own a business this is the bank for you! Be sure to ask who your business specialist is and they will move mountains to keep things moving smoothly. I can't imagine our business without meritrust!
