      This bank just keeps getting worse. They pay little to nothing for interest. They refused to let me deposit my sons refund check from college that he signed over to me despite having an account for over 10 years, and more than enought to cover check in my account. I will be closing my account asap. I recommed you bank elsewhere.

      Thank god for Carmen. We were having difficulty with our mortgage and the new companies MVCU merged with. Managers at other branches were dismissive or did not put effort into fixing the issue. Carmen put in so much time and effort to fix the issue and responded quickly whenever we needed her. She is passionate about helping the customers and actually cares. Our experience with her has restored our faith in MVCU.
