      Scheduled a notary for 5:00 p.m. for a marriage license. Confirmed on the phone and via text message for the date/time of service. At 5:00 p.m. the notary did not show. Did not answer text messages or phone calls. The license was time sensitive. We ended up having to rush around town to find someone else before businesses closed. It has been 3 days since the appointment and we never received a message or call stating the reason for the “no show.” Would not recommend.
