I’m not even sure where to begin! Doug has been working with us for about a year! We started with one property and then changed our minds and decided on another one. From the beginning, he took his time explaining details and everthing that was needed and necessary to make our transaction happen. He was incredible with his communication with us, he was patient, he was detailed, he was kind and most of all….he made our dream come true happen!!! Even when things would come up that could cause a complication, he was extremely helpful and informative. Doug was great! We just closed on a house today thanks to his hard work. He was honest and upfront about our situation from the beginning. He worked with us even after we received an approval from another lender and provided insight and help after that lender fell through and made the transition seamless. He managed to pull together everything we needed and kept us in the loop on where everything was in the process and what we needed to be doing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy a house.
