      For generations my family has been customers of Metairie Bank (checking, savings, mortgages, loans) so I was very happy to learn that this location existed when I moved to the northshore ten years ago. I can honestly say that I’ve always been made to feel like my business has been appreciated, no matter how small. A few years ago, I certainly appreciated the responsiveness and sincere effort the staff at this location made to remedy some unauthorized transactions on my account and did so without questioning my honesty. Other banks may have more locations, but I believe quality over quantity definitely applies here. Thank you for providing our community with unwavering great and reliable service.
