Terrible Customer Service Kiana !!!! I called them because want to get information and advice from Loan customer services. first pick up phone person, was Kiana and I asked about HAF program. She even don't know what is HAF program and I have to tell her what is that. after she realize that the HAF program is Financial hardship during COVID-19, her attitude was very rude. ***** 1. she was being such a Debbie Downer asked me" are you Chinses?" Not sure why in this situation need to know that. I said" No, I am Not Chinese." She said" No, We don't do that" and Cut the phone. What????? One second answer ???? It's her bad bad attitude here. She did not try pay a attention to customer and did not try kind way to give customer advice whether yes or no or other. She seems very Lazy, annoying to answer to customer and She was insulted Customer !! 2. after Kiana, I called again to Bank and Second Person Picked up my phone. I asked him about same question like asked Kiana before. He was very Kind and Respectful, and He took about 25 minutes search and gave me so many information. No matter I get help or not, I am appreciated his acting and kind words to care Customer. ************ even thought, I wasn't expecting get big help from Bank, Kiana she made me feeling even more worse ! Kiana, You have no right to look down on Customer who has financial issues. What do you think who you are? You are Racism and unqualified person to sit there. If you don't like your Job, then Leave your job. !
