      Used to love this bank and location staff. Recently the staff seems to have changed over and the tellers leave a lot to be desired. They seem to have to check with the manager before they can do anything, the manager is usually busy with a customer so it results in a LOT of standing around while waiting for him to be available so they can ask a question. While I was there trying to complete something fairly simple, the teller I was working with stopped my transaction about every 30 seconds to talk to a customer walking in. While I appreciate her attempts to be friendly, it made what should have been a twenty minute (at most) interaction take OVER AND HOUR. There were two other tellers on duty and they could easily have greeted the incoming customers, I feel that if you are already working on something for someone it is pretty rude to stop that interaction to talk to someone else about something unrelated. In addition, while she was friendly to each person walking in, I experienced quite a bit of sass and coldness. This is the second time recently I have had a bad experience with the staff at this branch. Previously all of my interactions were great, but as I said, the staff that made it so seem t have turned over. I will give them one more chance, but I feel it may be time for us to find a new bank....
