We have used Metro Title several times in St George and Park City and have found them to be highly professional, prepared, thorough, and wonderful to work with. Would definitely use them again.

We bought a home and used Metro National Title. The home has a pasture attached. Six months after moving in, we realized we paid for the pasture land, but the title company did NOT put it in our name! We called and they said they’d look into it. No reply. WE then called back in over a week later and they said their attorney is backed up and they’ll get to it when they can. Then another week went by with no reply from them or update. We only found out they had fixed it a few days after the fact through a friend. Still to this day they haven't called us directly to apologize for the mistake and tell us they fixed it. That shows EXTREME negligence in their work and an unimaginably bad breakdown in their responsibility to communicate with their customer. They should have responded immediately and put us in front of the line to fix a massive error like that. Zero stars.
