      I was just looking for a title company for my moms house and it reminded me I should write a review. I will never use Metro Title again. We bought our house and moved in and a month later got a notice we were in an HOA. Contacted the title company and was told that the HOA wasn't registered therefore we weren't obligated to pay. Fast forward to when the builder transferred the HOA. HOA registered and the builder transferred all of our past due fees. The reason we didn't know we had an HOA is that the HOA is to literally take care of the park strip on Layton Parkway, that's it. Had we been informed of the HOA we would not have purchased this home. Title insurance does not cover this error either. I would not recommend them.
