I love this place...when the banks say no, they say yes.If you get turned down by your local credit union they will help you....Before you visit "OneMain Financial " come here first!

I would not recommend this company to anyone unless it's an extreme emergency that you finance at the current time. Otherwise, build your credit and go with a reputable finance company. They constantly harass and call/text at ungodly hours even if the payment is one day late. The customer service is terrible!

The manager there,Josh, is very very rude. As he has done others before, he judged me and claimed I didn’t have car insurance but charged me an additional 100 a month for car payments even though the insurance was provided. My car payment would be a month behind coming up to two but I would get the previous paid. When they call you or text you they are very rude. There is always the promise to take me to court. Josh told me that they are a second chance company and do what they want. I have filed a complaint with the Head Quarters and the BBB. Customer Service and quality sucks here! If you can finance your loan with someone else. This was the worst year with this company!
