BEWARE!!!!! Pawned my switch and games here .. when I picked them up 4 out of 7 of my games were missing from the cases. When I confronted the situation and asked to speak to a manager I was told the merchandise wasn't touched and also none of the workers game which is a lie as I had an extensive conversation with a male employee who wears glasses about gaming and which games he plays!!! They basically brushed me off ...I asked to have the cameras and the computers checked proving my games were there upon panning them but they refused... DO NOT PAWN HERE ..

Every time I come in the customer service and over all quality of people workin there are sincerely amazing, especially Gabby and Carolina they always make sure I leave a happy pawner or customer depending on the day haha. They also have a great selection of stuff thats pretty reasonably priced
