Trying to buy a home in this crazy market is a complete nightmare, but it could have been so much worse had we chosen another mortgage company. I was working with another company at first, but Metroplex came highly recommended by a seller's realtor, so I gave them a call. From first contact until close, they were extremely pleasant to work with, kept us informed every step of the way, and they even made several calls to us throughout the process, just to make sure we were happy and understood everything. Even my experienced realtor was highly impressed with the communication! We were able to get a USDA loan with zero down, which was a tremendous blessing with the house prices as high as they are now. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs a great mortgage company. Thank you Metroplex for making a crazy process so easy!
