      I made an inquiry from Ms. Ayet Del Rosario regarding a wire transfer and she took time to explain and make sure I understand all the steps. She is an exceptional employee. Last year, I inquired from our local Phil. National Bank here in Los Angeles and it was a challenge. There was no live person to talk to and the email came few days later...so impersonal. I am so impressed with Metro Bank.
