  Love this place, if you complain about the parking spaces just park at the meter and pay it's worth the money when it comes to a low loan rate 🤗

  I have been a member of the MetroWest FCU for 30+ years and they have become a cold, impersonal and not very good credit union in recent years. They place ridiculous limits on ATM withdrawals for "protection of the member", dont do foreign wire transfers and have become much much stricter on loans even if you have an excellent credit or payment history at the credit union or on other loans outside of the credit union. I now do all of my banking with other financial institutions. I would give the MetroWest Community FCU zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY from MetroWest Community FCU - there are better options out there.

  Good Afternoon David, I am sorry that your experience here at MetroWest CFCU was not to your liking and we would be appreciative if you could give us a call so we can try to rectify the issues that you faced when you came in. In regard to the ATM withdrawal limit you mentioned, our withdrawal limit of $500 is pretty standard for banks and credit unions as the range is usually between $500 - $1,000. While we are not able to change the limits for the ATM withdrawals, our employees are able to aid members by temporarily raising the limits for debit transactions as long as members call and notify us. We do apologize that we are unable to provide foreign wire transfers as a service to our members, but we would be more than happy to recommend you to a few local businesses that would be able to provide that service to you if and when you could give us a call. Lastly, in regard to our loans, if a member were to be denied a loan for any reason, our loan officers are trained to go over why they were denied; we can provide more information on your specific case to you if and when you could give us a call.   Horrible customer service, waiting time on the drive in time is ridiculous, over 40 minutes, plus all the fees on the account is out this world for the service that they provide

  Hi Dallisson, I am sorry to hear that you had a tough time, however, I think you have mistaken us for Metro Credit Union as our location does not have drive thru banking (assuming that's what you meant by "drive in") and our accounts do not have any fees associated with them other than overdraft fees.
