      Jeanette was great with helping get a classic car loan setup and at a better rate than anywhere else I quoted. Her customer service was excellent and made the process as painless as it could be. I recommend Metrum to literally everyone I know.

      Employees are nice but the union is still in the stone age. you can attach any money sending services to the account like zelle or venmo. no way to send money to different accounts at different banks.

      Due to positive reviews I went in to open a savings account. Due to their "policy" they requested to pull my credit. I would take a hit on my credit report...in order to simply save $ with them; no loan; no credit. I had to stop the process as that is simply not fair. I am disappointed this group wishes to implement policies that harm its members' credit simply for becoming a member.
