      This mortgage company is the worst I ever seen and heard, 7 months ago I applied reverse mortgage for one of my relative who is around 80, for her paid off property, and he told me he could get it in 3-4 weeks, after requesting a lot of documents from her and HOA, still after 7 months not even he hasn't got the loan from the bank, he doesn't answer the phone, email and ….., he is really the opposite of what he explain himself and his company in his advertisement, please do not go with him and do not trust him at all. one star is even too much for him.

We can not give you credit on a property that does not belong to you. The said property belonged to your relative. When we spoke to her after she had signed the initial documents, she stated that she did not want to get a loan; however, you were persistent and continued pushing for it. We cannot provide you credit on a property that does not belong to you and when the property owner is not willing to refinance. Thank you.
