As we all know, the car buying business can be very stressful and long but my experience today at Mi Gente was a very good one. I wasn't expecting to get approved but in less than an hour, I was told I had a new truck. They cater to the customer's needs (payment, vehicle type) which is very different and it came with a warranty. Normally when you go to a dealership and have challenged credit, they tell you what you can get. I would definitely recommend going to Mi Gente if you're looking for a vehicle. Ask for Christian H. and mention Juanita Jordan sent you. Wendell - the Finance Manager took his time and explained every page of the paperwork with patience.

DON'T EVER buy from here!!!! And this is coming from a brand new customer. Take your money and RUN at all cost. This has been the most disastrous experience!! They will take your money and the car back on you! These people are absolutely the most sheisty dealers around. They refuse to help! They are beyond aggressive and rude on the phone and in person! They've increased the total price of my car and say I'm 2 payments behind and I haven't even had the car 30 days yet. They've had the car longer than I have because their supposed to be fixing it. I've gotten nowhere with these people and I don't want to anymore. Just be warned . Do NOT BUY HERE. Save yourself ... would be delighted to answer any questions if you contact me!
