      Used to like them but they are inconsistent and have favoritism. Mrs Garcia a the loan dept is not understanding and gave me a hard time

      I should have stayed with my other bank. Although my rates are great, this bank doesn’t allow you to transfer money from your checking account with your bank to their credit union to pay your auto loan. Something that literally every bank on the planet offers so you can Conveniently pay your loan, but instead you have go through more steps or call and pay them which of course costs money. So far this is the least convenient bank I’ve ever dealt with.
