  Micah helped me with my refinance last year. He went above and beyond in finding me a rate I was comfortable with as well as ensuring the whole process was seamless.   We recently purchased a house in Coeur d’ Alene ID after selling our house that was out of state. We were not able to travel to the area to view houses when they came on the market. I had contacted a realtor via email. It took him 3 days to respond. Sent me a couple of listings and I never heard from him again. I decided to try another realtor / broker and I am so glad I did. Micah is amazing! He answered all my questions. He signed me up for MLS and he would call me to go over current listings. If the house fit our needs and our budget he would go to the houses, toured them video taping so we could see all that the house had to offer. When we were ready to make an offer he jumped on it getting us the offer information. In this hot housing market he helped me not to get discouraged when we wouldn’t get an acceptance and we would just try again. Not only did he find us the perfect house he also helped to get all the information we needed for utilities. He even drove over to the electric company when I couldn’t reach them on the phone. I would highly recommend Micah for anyone wanting to buy a house. He made the process seamless and I would definitely use his service again. Now we have a beautiful home and so thankful we met the right person to take us on this journey.
