      There aren't any actual words that can accurately describe our experience with Mike selling our home and buying another home within the span of 3 months. Mike came as a strong recommendation from our amazing home inspector. He was very attentive and fielded all of our ridiculous questions with patience and understanding. He never pushed us to bid on anything, and we never felt like he was just trying to make a sale (unlike previous experiences with other realtors). He continually kept us updated on things, and was always very responsive. The care and compassion shown throughout our experience would be something you would come to expect from a family member or a close friend. His knowledge and expertise really helped us to make the right decisions, and we ended up in an amazing home that was beyond what we originally expected.

      As first time home buyers, we needed a lot of guidance when making our purchase and Mike made our experience seamless. We bought at the height of COVID and were looking to move out of the city and buy in the suburbs as soon as possible. Considering all of the challenges of buying during this time, his knowledge of the area, the market and purchasing as first time home buyers put our worries at ease. He was always available to answer our questions, gave us his undivided attention and listened to what our needs were. We found our home in the area we were hoping for and very happy with our purchase! You can't go wrong with Mike Furino as your real estate agent!
