  Very unimpressed with communication and the length of time it took to get pre-approved. My husband and I were wanting to get a mortgage and this is where the builder directed us and it's not that the communication wasn't great...it was that it was not there at all. I would not recommend them to anyone. It took around 3 weeks if not longer to even get pre-approved and that was not due to lack of documents or us getting items back to them. We gave them everything and then it took them DAYS to even get back to us if they needed more or different documents and the only reason we heard any feedback is because we called them. FINALLY when they let us know that we needed a different form my husband got it to them the next day and again DAYS before we heard anything back even that they got it or that they were sending information to underwriting...we heard nothing until we hadn't heard anything for a week so my husband called, called again, then called again, finally I called and they gave me a call back and let me know they "just" got the form that my husband sent over days prior. 1. Communication is terrible 2. It should not take 3 weeks to get pre-approved
