Michelle Thompson and Union Home Mortgage was a God send and answer to our prayers. Our circumstances were that we needed to buy a new home and we had prayed about it for some time. Our realtor provided us with a list of lenders and we chose Michelle Thompson with Union Home Mortgage and we are so glad we did. The home buying process is typically not an enjoyable one, however, the purchase we made through this lender was a great experience. Michelle was very thorough, asking for information before needed so that everything was prepared and ready to go during each step of the loan process. We were kept informed at all times as to our loan status, and we were able to close in under 30 days. What I liked most about our experience is that we were dealing with a lender that was very knowledgeable about down payment assistance and helped us to achieve the purchase of a home with no money down, except for our earnest money, inspection fee and title fee. If we ever had any questions, she was never hesitant about answering an email or a phone call. She was always available. We walked away happy as new home owners, and get to remain in contact as friends through this whole experience.
