      All the time I have done Business with this credit Union they have always gone out of their way for me,Not one person has ever been rude to me I find this very surprising to people saying that

      No wonder the reviews of this institution are terrible. The staff is rude, inconsistent, and absolutely a nightmare to work with. No one there has any clue on policy, you get a different story from every person who works there. My entire family has banked here and all of them left because this place is a joke. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Absolutely horrific customer service. No one in my family will deal with this place ever again.

      Came in to look into refinancing one of my loans. The loan manager brain was very nice and polite. Ended up cutting my monthly payment in half! i was so happy i switched my checking and savings over to mcfcu from chase. Only thing missing is a app to let me deposit checks from home. Great bank, Great people!
