      This is a great credit union. When every other bank was FORCING you to wear a mask (that don’t work), Michigan first didn’t buy into the hysteria and never forced anyone to wear a mask and I love my freedoms and rights. They offer way more ATMs and coin machines than any other bank around. Very friendly staff and great environment! A+++

      I hate I even had to give them 1 star to give a review because they just need to change their name from Michigan First Credit Union to Michigan First Bank because this company's policies will appear as they operate as a for profit business like a bank. This company doesn't like to work with their customers. Simply put, I hate this credit union because they have the worse policies that goes against their customers because they never want to work with you they work against you.

      Avoid MI 1st like the plague. They didn't even bother trying to follow up with the prior bad review I left to see if they can try to make anything right --Tells you all you need to know. Getting an auto-payment set up on my home equity loan has been a nightmare since MI 1st hasn't joined the 21st century so my PNC bank can electronically transfer funds. Then, after repeated misinformation from MI 1st on another option, they've charged me late fees they "can't" remove, and then double charging them -- whoops!
