      I would never recommend this bank to anyone and will have everyone I know switch banks. Been with this bank for about 4 years and can't stand it. Rude customer service when u call to ask questions. They act like your lying about fraudulent charges and make it seem like it's a problem when you want to dispute charges. I've never had these issues with TCF.

      I've been with Michigan First for over 10 years and the staff is GREAT!!! I have not spoken to a nasty teller yet. Michigan First always exceeds all of my financial needs. If you want a credit union that treat you with respect than Michigan First is where you should be banking. Drop that bank with all of the unnecessary fees.
